Community Report Policy
Community reports can reveal patterns in account recovery, payment, support-delay, and scam experiences. To protect users, submissions are moderated and are not automatically published.
Safety note
Do not submit passwords, login codes, backup codes, government ID numbers, or full card numbers.
How Submissions Are Moderated
Reports may be reviewed for relevance, safety, clarity, duplication, and sensitive information before they inform any future summary.
- Submissions can be edited, summarized, rejected, or left unpublished.
- We may remove names, handles, phone numbers, emails, transaction details, and other identifying information.
- Reports are used to improve educational content and identify recurring support confusion.
Summaries vs Raw Submissions
When community patterns are useful, the site may describe aggregated themes. Raw submissions are not treated as public comments and should not be assumed to appear on the site.
Privacy Protection
Personal information is minimized where possible. Sensitive account or payment secrets are not suitable for public exposure and may be removed from stored or summarized material.
